Facility Assessment

Review, Identify, and Recommend Solutions

Providing Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) services for healthcare facilities is a core business for Noveen. Our healthcare architects and engineers have conducted facility assessments for more than 250 hospitals, medical office buildings, and central energy plants across the United States.  These assessments are used for a variety of reasons including acquisition or disposition, capital planning for a single hospital or an entire system, and as an integral part of facility master planning.

The Noveen FCA is used by our healthcare clients as a programming and capital planning tool whenever major facility upgrades or expansions are contemplated. This service is always tailored to the specific needs of the healthcare organization as required to provide modern healthcare services and delivery to your patients.  Along with the capital spending plans, we provide alternative solutions, capital funding scenarios, facility renewal forecasting, prioritization, and implementation phasing with scheduling.

Comprehensive “check-up” of your existing infrastructure condition.
