	Our assessment and feasibility study products quickly identify the scope and total cost of any potential capital improvement project. This product typically includes an architectural conceptual sketch and a narrative of proposed mechanical, electrical and other infrastructure related items. This process will enable the owner to evaluate the feasibility of each individual project. For non-justified projects, the significant cost associated with the project development and time lost can be completely avoided. The assessment program is a general diagnostic tool for identifying the deficiencies and opportunities within each facility. The process will identify the type and extent of improvements and modifications needed in each facility.
