Feasibility Studies are conducted to clearly identify the scope of the project and associated cost prior to actual design development and project implementation.

The preliminary assessment will identify major infrastructure improvements needed for each project. A preliminary architectural conceptual design can also be developed.

Budget estimates are created utilizing the proposed design. The total project budget includes construction cost and other associated "Soft Costs". The owner will then decide if the proposed scope and budget can meet financial justification.

The feasibility study will eliminate the significant expenditure for designing the project and time lost when project is bid and found over budget or not making the Pro Forma.
