Noveen Consulting can program manage the design and development of infrastructure related projects. We typically visit the facility, review the scope of the project and will report back our findings, recommendations and a project budget.
	The recommendation will include the means for the implementation, i.e. negotiating with a contractor, bidding between contractors, or turnkey. Our consulting engineering resources across the country can be utilized to complete design documents.
	During project implementation, our staff manages the entire design and implementation process. This will include the initial scope definition; review the design documents, and managing the contractor bidding and selection process. Our program managers will carry the project through completion. During the entire process, our clients will only need to interact with the assigned Noveen Consulting Program manager, as a single point of contact.
