Noveen Consulting has developed a process to ensure that owner receives a complete and functioning project. This program is implemented at the completion of installations, after test and balance reports are completed and approved by the consulting engineers. A random testing of systems is conducted with the presence of the consulting engineers, the owner and contractors. Upon the completion of this program and approval of all system, the project is delivered to the owner, hence minimizing the possibility of confronting problems when the facility is occupied. To conduct a successful commissioning program, Noveen Consulting staff can be involved from the initial conceptual design stage through the completion of the project.
